Women Empowerment Group

Women empowerment group is specially designed for women who are dealing with anxiety, depression and are experiencing difficulties or lack of communication in their marriages or relationships with their partners.

In this weekly 1.5 hour group participants will learn coping skills to better deal with miscommunication, conflicts or other aspects of their relationships.

This group’s aim is to motivate women to step out of limiting self-beliefs that keep them caught in roles of codependency, attachment to unhealthy patterns in relationships, lack of boundary-setting power, submissiveness, emotional abuse or lack of self-esteem. The empowerment group will help women to build the world as a place where they can freely express their identity and surround themselves with people who honor love and respect them as they honor, love and respect themselves. The group is designed for those who are ready to improve their well-being and to undertake an individuation.

The group is open for members who are psychologically-minded, have spiritual outlook, capacity for insight and openness. This group is not designed for people who are experiencing physical abuse, suffer from severe trauma or post-traumatic stress symptoms, major depression, personality disorders or have serious drug or alcohol abuse issues.
